- I popped into Norm’s on a whim. I know it took about 4 visits for indecisive me to order that vanity. However, I kept coming back because of Kourtney! She was so patient with me. I brought in other materials and ideas and she always kept me on target. In the end she helped me pull together a bathroom that I love. Kourtney is a talented designer. - We visited you store last night for the first time. What a GREAT experience we had! The store was clean, the prices were great, and the young man helping us was so polite and didn’t try to pretend he knew everything. If he didn’t know an answer to our question, he would ask someone instead of making something up! We ended up purchasing a new front door and two new windows (that we still need to pick up), and we are completely rehabbing our house and we plan to be back for our kitchen cabinets and interior doors.

- We were looking for a pantry cabinet to match our existing cabinets. While they had the same brand/style, the manufacturer had just discontinued our existing color. Betsy was very helpful throughout the process, even contacting the manufacturer to see if they happened to have enough of the old color left sitting around to make this one cabinet. They didn’t, but she recommended a different color that would work well with what we already had, and just needed to replace the cabinet above the fridge with one in the new color for the pantry to connect to. The new cabinets looks great and we couldn’t be happier. Will definitely use these guys again in the future.
