We visited you store last night for the first time. What a GREAT experience we had! The store was clean, the prices were great, and the young man helping us was so polite and didn’t try to pretend he knew everything. If he didn’t know an answer to our question, he would ask someone instead of making something up! We ended up purchasing a new front door and two new windows (that we still need to pick up), and we are completely rehabbing our house and we plan to be back for our kitchen cabinets and interior doors.

We both just could not believe our experience as we talked about it on the way home and just thought someone should know, it’s not very often you get service like that anymore. Thank you!

I originally ordered by cabinets and quartz counters through Menards. I stopped by Norm’s and talked to Kourtney Nyga. She looked at my blue prints and showed me the errors in what they had ordered. One of the cabinet doors I wouldn’t have even been able to open! She was able to get me better quality cabinets and quartz for around the same price as Menards. (Actually the cabinets are SOLID wood. My contractor was impressed.) Also, Menards, won’t come out to measure, (big mistake) and Norm’s will. Kourtney is an experienced, professional, interior designer, something you also won’t find at places like Menards! She was helpful with my design decisions and extremely patient with my indecisiveness. She was prompt to return my calls and messages and was there every step of the way. (Good luck to the people who try to get a hold of someone at Menards cabinet and counter area!) If you want quality for less and professional help (for free) check out Norms! I’m so glad I did!

I had a great experience working with Kourtney Nyga. This amazing young woman was very knowledgeable in every aspect of my cabinet and counter top needs! I walked into their store in Fenton, MO. in the summer 2019. Our home was being rehabbed. Kourtney quickly became involved and started the ball rolling! She took my plans and put them in her computer and quickly designed my dream kitchen. She was sure of herself, which in return, gave me confidence in my new adventure. She took her time with me and shared many ideas! She was excellent at figuring out space, from just a picture, and making it my actual kitchen! Over the course of a few months Kourtney helped me turn my kitchen into a reality! She also helped me with my awesome bathrooms! Kourntey has visions of what she designs.
