- I originally ordered by cabinets and quartz counters through Menards. I stopped by Norm’s and talked to Kourtney Nyga. She looked at my blue prints and showed me the errors in what they had ordered. One of the cabinet doors I wouldn’t have even been able to open! She was able to get me better quality cabinets and quartz for around the same price as Menards. (Actually the cabinets are SOLID wood. My contractor was impressed.) Also, Menards, won’t come out to measure, (big mistake) and Norm’s will. Kourtney is an experienced, professional, interior designer, something you also won’t find at places like Menards! She was helpful with my design decisions and extremely patient with my indecisiveness. She was prompt to return my calls and messages and was there every step of the way. (Good luck to the people who try to get a hold of someone at Menards cabinet and counter area!) If you want quality for less and professional help (for free) check out Norms! I’m so glad I did!

- I popped into Norm’s on a whim. I know it took about 4 visits for indecisive me to order that vanity. However, I kept coming back because of Kourtney! She was so patient with me. I brought in other materials and ideas and she always kept me on target. In the end she helped me pull together a bathroom that I love. Kourtney is a talented designer.
