We visited you store last night for the first time. What a GREAT experience we had! The store was clean, the prices were great, and the young man helping us was so polite and didn’t try to pretend he knew everything. If he didn’t know an answer to our question, he would ask someone instead of making something up! We ended up purchasing a new front door and two new windows (that we still need to pick up), and we are completely rehabbing our house and we plan to be back for our kitchen cabinets and interior doors.

We both just could not believe our experience as we talked about it on the way home and just thought someone should know, it’s not very often you get service like that anymore. Thank you!

I had a great experience working with Kourtney Nyga. This amazing young woman was very knowledgeable in every aspect of my cabinet and counter top needs! I walked into their store in Fenton, MO. in the summer 2019. Our home was being rehabbed. Kourtney quickly became involved and started the ball rolling! She took my plans and put them in her computer and quickly designed my dream kitchen. She was sure of herself, which in return, gave me confidence in my new adventure. She took her time with me and shared many ideas! She was excellent at figuring out space, from just a picture, and making it my actual kitchen! Over the course of a few months Kourtney helped me turn my kitchen into a reality! She also helped me with my awesome bathrooms! Kourntey has visions of what she designs. I popped into Norm’s on a whim. I know it took about 4 visits for indecisive me to order that vanity. However, I kept coming back because of Kourtney! She was so patient with me. Family owned and operated facility that goes out their way to make sure the customer is taken care of. We were in the marketplace for an interior door and were thrilled to see all the variety and styles available at Norm’s. One of the sales associates (Michelle) showed us one of their new barn doors available to buy, it’s called the “Arabella”. We hadn’t really considered a barn door for our home, but after viewing our minds were changed. If you are renovating your home check this place out as they have great close out prices on windows and doors. Their staff knows there stuff!
