- I popped into Norm’s on a whim. I know it took about 4 visits for indecisive me to order that vanity. However, I kept coming back because of Kourtney! She was so patient with me. I brought in other materials and ideas and she always kept me on target. In the end she helped me pull together a bathroom that I love. Kourtney is a talented designer. - We were looking for a pantry cabinet to match our existing cabinets. While they had the same brand/style, the manufacturer had just discontinued our existing color. Betsy was very helpful throughout the process, even contacting the manufacturer to see if they happened to have enough of the old color left sitting around to make this one cabinet. They didn’t, but she recommended a different color that would work well with what we already had, and just needed to replace the cabinet above the fridge with one in the new color for the pantry to connect to.
